  • What are the shipping options and times? We offer the following reliable shipping methods to the US (and select international locations):

    • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (qualifies on most orders; no minimum required in many cases)
    • Free Shipping: 7-14 business days – $0 (same as above, enjoy free delivery on eligible items!)
    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days – $10

    Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We proudly provide Free Shipping (7-14 business days) on many orders. Look for the "Free Shipping" badge on product pages or at checkout. Express options are available for faster delivery.

  • How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it directly on our site or via the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • What if my order is delayed or lost? We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. If there's an issue, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date—we'll help resolve it quickly!

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Please initiate a return through your account or contact support.
  • How do I return an item? Log into your account, go to "My Orders," select the item, and follow the prompts. We'll provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns (US only; international may vary).
  • Do you offer exchanges? Yes, exchanges are welcome for size/color issues (subject to availability). Contact us to arrange!

  • Where do you ship? Primarily to the United States, with select international shipping available (customs/duties may apply).
  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more via Shopify Payments.
